Sometimes we find ourselves in a position where we do not have the support, understanding or tools to cope with life's challenges. We believe that the best type of support comes from authentic and genuine care towards our clients along with deep respect for their own individual values, experiences and abilities. Counselling and Psychotherapy are umbrella terms that cover a range of talking therapies. They are delivered by trained practitioners who work with people to help them bring about effective change or enhance their wellbeing. In addition to individual therapy, we also provide groups and workshops for community groups, schools and businesses.

Rose is a warm, grounded therapist who supports people navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression, offering a space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely human. Since beginning her counselling career in 2018, she has continued to expand her skills with training in Art Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Child‑Centred Play Therapy, Yoga, and Animal‑Assisted Therapy, allowing her to tailor sessions in ways that feel meaningful and personal to each client.
Rose's experience spans schools and not‑for‑profit organisations, working with people with moderate to severe mental health challenges, neurodiversity, survivors of abuse and suicide-prevention - always with compassion and respect at the centre. As a member of the Australian Counselling Association, with a current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and CPR, she brings both professionalism and heart to her practice.
If you’re looking for a therapist who meets you where you are and walks alongside you at your pace, Rose offers a gentle, collaborative space to begin that journey.
Throughout the year, we offer limited therapeutic and educational groups with the aim of promoting positive mental health and resilience in the community. These groups include activities like Yoga, meditation, art therapy, psychoeducation, skills building and self -care.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is a therapeutic tool that has highly beneficial impacts to anxiety, trauma, phobias, and depression. The recommended number of sessions are between 3 to 12 dependent on your circumstances. If you have any questions about EMDR please email Rose.
Yin Yoga & Meditation
Rest & Reset is a Yin Yoga & Meditation class that has been offered in South Fremantle since 2021. We are guided through gentle mindfulness meditation. I also incorporate easy breathwork and self-soothing imagery based activities. This class is great for anyone wanting to work on stress management, anxiety, dysregulation or just relax deeply in a welcoming environment. Please note that this class size is small so booking early is advised. Please let me know if you have any additional needs prior to attending and get in touch with any questions you may have.
